Day 13. 13^th January Bible Commentary And Summary With Dr. Toyin Taken From Genesis Chapter 36, 1 Chronicles 1^43-54, And 1 Chronicles 2^1-2  

THE CHIEFS 

CHAPTER 36  

The Descendants Of ESAU.  

Esau took his three wives, sons, and daughters and all his household and possessions; cattle, beast, and substance which he acquired in Canaan and settled in the hill country of SEIR away from his brother Jacob, their possession was too great in the land and could not be sustained there together.

Growth led to expansion. 

ESAU's Wives:  

Adah the daughter of Elon the Hittite 

Oholibamah daughter of Anah and granddaughter of Zibeon the Hivite

Basemath his 3rd wife; sister of Nebaioth - daughter of ISHMAEL (I should think that her background been the granddaughter of a slave is of no relevance anymore because Ishmael became the father of 12 Tribal rulers—pickup a huge encouragement from here if you are from a despised background).

• This is to advise all our public structures to become enabling such that people should thrive and not be given opportunities based on poor or wealthy backgrounds; there should be equal opportunities.

A family that depended on benefits / income support does not have to raise children doomed to benefits as monitored and classified into low-income ancestry,  therefore they could only ever be on a low-income wage, this must stop. Such fabricated (manmade predestination) constitute low morale in youths and consequently poor mental health in youths and adults; which has led to high rates of crime in our societies and world. And equally low productivity which has its impact on socio-economic growth.

As Esau is now referred as EDOM the country he resides. Genesis 36³.

Among the Descendants Of Esau were CHIEFS ( DUKES). 36^9-19.

Sons of SEIR; Who originally inhabited the land are listed in Genesis 36^20-30, also see: 1st Chronicles 1^36-42.

Kings who reigned in Edom before the Israelites kings: are listed in 36^31-43. Also  in 1st Chronicles 1^43-54

Sons of Israel (previously Jacob ) 1st Chronicles 2^1-2: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad and Asher.

We are sure to enjoy growth in life, neither Jacob nor Esau need to engage in rivalry and frustrate each other as we read in the previous day. And in today's study, we see ESAU's family line; his descendants became CHIEFS 

Therefore through prayers and resilience, we claim our promise - amen. Every curse is destroyed ( implicit / evoked or direct ) is broken as we have inherited Abraham's, Isaac's and Jacob's blessings and reign in dominion with Christ.

PONDER ON: From today’s story we continue to find polygamy in the bible.  Esau was rich, howbeit modern civilization plans it better in-line with the original divine intention as demonstrated in the Book of Genesis Chapters 1^27,31, 2^21-23

Therefore, in the beauty of our being and the grandeur of wealth man is expressing or capable of expressing he should consider monogamy more appropriate.
